Claims Procedure

Report an Accident

If any damage occurs to your vehicle, it must be reported immediately to the company by calling the Accident Assistance Hotline at +30 213 090 4343, which operates 24/7. A company representative will promptly arrive at the accident scene, document the incident, complete the accident report, photograph the vehicles, and guide you through the next steps.
If deemed necessary, your vehicle may be transported to an approved repair workshop.
Important: In case of an accident involving an uninsured vehicle, in addition to contacting Accident Assistance, you must also call the Traffic Police to record the incident. The uninsured vehicle must remain at the scene for documentation. It is mandatory to contact Accident Assistance for the proper recording of the incident.

Claims Adjuster Contact

A company claims adjuster will contact you to inform you about the next steps and our approved repair workshops. If you choose one of our approved workshops, a replacement vehicle will be made available to you. Once your vehicle is ready, you can collect it without any upfront payment.

Required Documents

For each claim, you must provide the necessary documents as requested during your communication with the claims adjuster handling your case. These documents can be submitted either by postal mail to our headquarters 40-42 Andrea Syngrou Avenue, 4th Floor, Claims Department, Athens 11742, Greece or sent via email claims@apeironinsurance.gr.

Compensation Proposal

Once the claims adjuster handling your case has received all the required documents, they will contact you to inform you of the compensation amount and the payment date. This notification may be made via telephone, email, or postal mail.

05.

Compensation Payment

Finally, to have the compensation amount deposited into your bank account, please provide us via email at claims@apeironinsurance.gr with your IBAN and the bank where you wish the deposit to be made. You must also sign and return the settlement receipt, which will be sent to you, either by postal mail or email. Once we receive all the required documents, the payment will be deposited within 5 business days.
